5 Tips On How To Write A Successful Blog And Get Paid

Get Paid for Blogging

Can you really make money blogging? Well, you can ask hundreds of bloggers who are earning thousands of dollars a month. Blogging is probably one of the easiest online businesses you can get into. There are plenty of easy-to-use, free tools and ways on how to turn your blogs into the ultimate cash cows.

Blogging For Money: Tips

1) Talk About Subjects That You Are Passionate About.

Starting out is always the most difficult thing. What should you talk about? Should you opt for more popular topics? Not necessarily. Instead, choose those subjects that you can write in an eloquent, simple way, because you know them by heart.

When you are passionate about the topic, it’s easier for you to look for information. You never run out of ideas to share, and you are motivated to maintain the blog.

Provide refreshing, new, or noteworthy information.

Many so-called bloggers just come up with forgettable posts. Thus, they never get shared with others. Make it a point to provide something worthwhile to your readers. Imagine yourself subscribing to your favorite magazine. You don’t want to spend money on issues with rehashed or very common articles, do you? This is also the reason why you go for subjects you know very well.

2) Write Regularly.

Do you know how frustrating it is to go to a blog only to realize there’s nothing new to read? Sooner or later, your own readers will no longer visit your blog. Now how can you monetize your online presence?

You don’t have to write a lot of posts at one time. All you need to do is to come up with a regular schedule. For a start, you could create three posts a week, and if they get a lot of readers, increase to 4 or 5 posts a week after some time.

Personally, I write one article a day. My main reason for such regular posts is because I spend a lot of time researching different traffic generation methods on a daily basis, and thoroughly enjoy sharing the knowledge I learn to help others.

3) Interact With Your Readers.

One of the best techniques to keep your visitors coming back over and over is to interact with them. Allow them to post comments or send you e-mails, then reply to them. Create surveys or polls they can join in, and to make it even more fun; you could even give away prizes.

4) Offer Something For Free. (This one is important)

You know how people like freebies. It’s a good way to bring new visitors into your blog. Moreover, giving away freebies such as your own created e-books or quality PLR products allows you to display your knowledge and expertise on the subject. It also increases your credibility.

5) Be Interesting.

Not all blogs need to be light or fun. A good example is when you have a political blog. For people to take you seriously on a particular topic, you need to present your articles in a serious manner. However, that shouldn’t stop you from being interesting. Show a little bit of your personality.

When you’re feeling down, think or speak of the following lines:
  • "I can do this."
  • "I am excited to offer something new and interesting to my readers."
  • "I am thankful for the opportunity to earn something from blogging."
  • "I am ready and open for success."

So, to your success! :-)
